Lacunza is answerable for any lack of conformity of the product that may exist at the time of delivery or becomes apparent within a period of three years from the date of purchase. For the warranty to be valid, it is essential to provide proof of purchase in the form of an invoice, bill or sales receipt.

Those parts subject to normal wear and tear (firebricks, door rope, grates, baffles, dampers, protections, handles-seals, surface treatments, electrical components, etc.) will have a 6 month warranty.
Vermiculite parts are only covered by the warranty at the time of receipt of the appliance.

For second-hand appliances there is a one-year warranty period.
In response to a problem arising in a product (lack of conformity) LACUNZA, at its discretion, undertakes to perform one of the following options:
The territorial scope of this warranty includes the territory of Spain. In each country in which its products are sold or distributed, LACUNZA will apply the warranty laws or regulations in force at any given time in the territory in question.
