Energy efficiency labels were made mandatory for wood burning stoves, cook stoves and fireplaces in January 2018. This label indicates the quantity of energy used by the appliance to work and also means that it has gone through several quality and operational controls to ensure safety for your home. The label certifies that your wood burning appliance complies with energy efficiency class A / A+.
